Natural Grand Charm:
1 Elemental Skills(Druid Only)
You can get Ones with Life(1-45)/Faster Hit Recovery(12%) as you can afford

I reccomend 10 Elemental Grand Charms and mix of small charms depending on your Budget with at least 7 20 life small charms. And the Highest Possible Stat Anni.

Stats:

Strength: Base if possible if not enuf to put on all your gear after you hit lvl 70 for access to your Annihilius's Stat Points
Dexterity: There are 2 ways to go..... You can get Max Block And Sacrifice Life, Or You can go with an all vitality build. Up to You.
Vitality: Anything that isnt needed for max block(if you are getting) and item str requirements.
Energy: Base, You can always use a mana pot.

I included the stats on the Gear So that you dont go Get the items all together then realise that you are Missing this much Fhr or this much Fcr.

I will use HOTO and Shield vs sorcs and stuff but then i would use Spirit sword and ss against barbs and zealers.......but u need 2 fcr rings if u use spirt and ss....if u want to see my biuld in the game /w *StreetsGST
