to the guy below me: no.
This blade was probably MADE using a rel, legitimate in-game horadric cube recipe. If I remember right, the recipe is 3 chipped gems and any magic weapon to get a 3 socketed random magic weapon of the same type.
So basically, this guy just kept doing that over and over and over and over until he got a "cruel" "of evisceration." Which, let me tell you, takes awhile.

I agree with rob. Alot of damage and fast but no other effects. Leaves room for a lot of improvement. Still it's not too bad.
