Diablo 2 is a highly respected game, better than many games because of its unique gameplay. It has many things WW2 games and FPS games don't have, like different classes with magical abilities, the ability to learn, get stronger, AND EVEN CHOOSE WHICH STATS TO UPGRADE. It has over 7 classes in the EXPANSION, a very very special world-system, making the game has different levels/acts that are non-import- and exportable. (By this i mean that other games may have SDKs released, so u can develop own maps and stuff) while this game has been with same kind of levels. It generates new levels all the time, making it more exciting to players when they play again with the same character. It is played by LOTS, thounsands, maybe millions, who knows... and there is never a day without servers in the lists... Some people cheat, but some people DO NOT CHEAT AND TRY TO LOOK COOL, and are respected players.
