Fixes:
* Fixed a bug with certain Creative Lab DVD drives and copy protection.
* Fixed another bug where a connection problem ("Unable to connect to Battle.net")
would instead result in a downloading patch dialog that stayed at 0%
indefinitely.
* Fixed a lockup that occurred on Dual CPU/Dual Video card systems when hitting
the quit button in chat.
